Fully Remodeled Homes
Offering spacious rooms and ADA equipped bathrooms with fresh flowers in a great outdoor sitting area. Bedrooms are private or shared. Some of the services provided include, but are not limited to, medication administration (including sliding scale insulin), blood glucose monitoring and diabetes management through diet and exercise, blood pressure monitoring, tube feeding, skin and wound care, behavior management, weight monitoring and management through diet and exercise. Four nutritious meals and two snacks are prepared and served daily in accordance with each individual’s needs for caloric intake and diet restrictions ordered by the physician.
Hands on Assistance
with ADL’s (including showering, grooming, personal hygiene and dressing) is provided to each individual based on personal needs. Housekeeping and laundry services are provided daily and as needed for our residents. Entertainment and activities are provided multiple times throughout the week and residents are encouraged to participate in as many as possible .
